This entire page is devoted to "Other" alternative power sources with the word "Power" loosely defined. Meaning that everything from waste oil fired furnaces to switch grass/compost -> methanol/ethanol distilling to good old fashioned moonshine whiskey. This is true long term planning and I would welcome any and all suggestions in the comment section below.
